Robin Pittis held a fundraiser at my place for his budding theatre companyin Hamilton. He chose Robbie Burn's Day for the time and the theme. I ate haggis for the first time, and it wasn'tnearly as bad as I dreaded it would be (blood sausage is worse, as Robin couldtell you -- worse still if you use it to break your vegitarian habit). Poetry was read, Robin's brother AJ gave a terrific reading of a rather adultShel Silverstein epic, and Brian Kennedy lead us in some rousing drinkingsongs. Scotch tastings were enjoyed by all.
